This has been a very strange day. We went to a town called Wimbor. Mystical Beard sent me on a little errand, which I had almost finished but I may have got a little distracted. There was a group of people surrounding a man who was singing. I started moving in to get a closer look, but I heard mumbling from behind that caught my attention.

“Rumor has it that Mystical Beard is a criminal that goes around stealing things behind people’s backs and that he has a charming spell on his lute.” A dark green cloaked man said.

“I was told he took on a mage that can’t do anything right.” One man said. “I heard that same mage burned down a village.” Said another.

I was furious they were not just being rude to me, but they lied about my friend. So, I put everything I got in my satchel and started saying words. I wanted to place a spell on them, one that would be more fitting for them.

“You there in cloak of green

You’re a jerk and you are mean.

Bones will snap just like a twig.

Turn you and your buddies into pig.”

Well… That did not go well at all. They turned into pigs but still had the minds of a human and not that of a pig. They all looked around to figure out who had done this to them. I started to freak out and I did the only thing I knew to do in this situation. I started to run as fast as I could toward the big crowd so that I could blend in and shield myself from the men.

Turns out the man who was singing was Mystical Beard. I should have known that he would send me on an errand just to get me out of his hair. I noticed the pigs had somehow found me and started to race towards me. I tried to figure out a way to get out of this mess, when I realized that I bought a backwards clock at the “don’t buy these items” section of the magic store. I turned the dial of the clock and went back to when he sent me on the errand. This time I finished the errands and when I heard the men talking about us, I let them be and went to listen to the Mystical Beard sing and play his beautiful songs. Next time I will try to be a little more careful before I do something out of anger.
